What We're Learning in Preschool

Not only is Nicholas getting an education from his wonderful teacher, Mrs. Hight, but also from the other students. He is now calling people names, hitting us with fist and saying "BAM!", and saying things like "Jesus poops." Some of the things he is picking up are entertaining, but that "BAM!" is really starting to drive me crazy. We are at the point now where he has to go to time out when he "BAMS!" because he is even hitting my extra large stomach. I do enjoy it when he sings the songs he has learned like Old McDonald, though. He also uses the Spanish words for colors and french fries that he is learning. I guess I just have to take the good with the bad!

That's interesting...my child is also doing the Bam! thing. I really hate being Bamed! out of the blue. Isn't it funny that they hit one minute and the next they are singing "Jesus Loves Me". It is only preschool!!!
