The Zoo

We took a little trip yesterday to the zoo. Nicholas loved watching the monkeys swing from branch to branch. Then he rode the Merry Go Round over and over, which made Jason feel sick. We also rode the Skyride, which takes you over almost the whole zoo. Once I stopped thinking about the three of us dropping straight down into the rhinocerous pit, I enjoyed the view. Nicholas wasn't afraid at all. He saw the trucks the zoo keepers use to clean and move things and from then on that's all he wanted to see! He was able to indentify each one from up in the air. He also wanted to know who had the keys and where they were!

A Purple Dress

I am not sure where this has come from. I wonder if it's because he has seen one too many of my soaps. Anyway, Mr. Nicholas decided to wear a lovely purple cape and pink skirt today at Gymboree. Oh yes, dress up time brought yet another girlie outfit. I think he is just very secure in his manhood. He looked absolutely adorable! I think he was a little bummed, though. All of girls had his favorites - the tutus!
